If someday, somewhere
Children come and ask me about you
What am I going to say?
Should I tell them
That love used to be so sweet
Sweet as candies
Yet so bitter, it made me cry
"How can sweets make tears?
How can candies never blame?”
What should I say?
Should I tell them that
Sweets are not sweets
Tears are not tears
Love can never be blamed
They would reply:
"Oh, when we grow up
And meet our sweethearts
We don't say we are in love
We just say,
Candy hurts me."
